These terms and conditions are made between TSAVO (“the Company”) and the investor or resident (“the Participant”) in respect of the Company’s market and product research (“the Study”).

1. Purpose: the study is only for research, to improve how TSAVO’s teams serve you. It isn’t a sales, collections or contractual engagement.
2. Research partner: TSAVO runs it with CX Evolve Africa and Kasi Insights.
3. Nature of the exercise: the company may make enquiries to you by phone, email or in person, using the participant’s account profile as the scenario. They may also contact the participant for a short interview or survey.
4. Anonymity: the participant’s identity isn’t revealed to the staff being assessed, and they won’t be named in any report. Findings are reported only as overall results.
5. Disclosure of information: the participant allows TSAVO to share limited account details with the Company: units held, project, payment status, management type, occupancy, resident status and account status.
6. Confidentiality: the Company is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
7. Data protection: data is handled under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019. The participant can ask to access, correct or delete their data.
8. Voluntary participation and withdrawal: taking part is voluntary. The participant can withdraw at any time, without giving a reason, by contacting TSAVO.
   No effect on existing rights: taking part, or withdrawing, doesn’t affect their investment, tenancy, account, rent or payments.
9. Governing law: Kenyan law applies.
