As we onboard you, we shall communicate processes, updates, and any other relevant information to you so you’re on top of your investment.
TSAVO will send you emails on your investment, and the occasional call and text message.
You’ve made your first payment, congratulations! You may be asking yourself, what next? But worry not. We gatchu!
After payment, you are being onboarded to the payment journey, where you’ll get information on how to make payment, and staying on top of your investment.
There are a few questions we’re sure you have, so let us provide answers as best we can.
You will get your statement at the end of each month.
You will receive your invoice on the first of every month.
You can pay for your unit through the TSAVO pay bill 880100, and set your account as the project virtual account plus your Tsavorite number.
For instance, if you’re investing in RS3 and your investor number is 000000, the account will be 9812000000. Or rather, 9812(Tsavorite Number)
We offer restructuring options if you are unable to continue with your current payments. All you need to do is askđ
This has to do with your agreements, legal fees, and due diligence of your investment.Â
Once you have made payment, this journey begins.
You will receive a sales agreement to sign within 48 hours of payment.
You will get your signed and stamped agreement once you have paid stage 1 fees.
Stage 1 fees are legal fees paid once you have received your sales agreement to facilitate stamping and delivery to the Lands office. They are paid to TSAVO’s Lawyers.
Stage 1 fees and payment instructions are outlined in the sales agreement.
Stage 2 fees are utility and service charge fees payable to TSAVO once the project is complete and you have completed payment of your unit(s).
The amount is stated in your sales agreement.
This is an agreement you sign letting Lifestyle manage your unit(s) for you. It is signed after payment for the unit and payment of stage 2 legal fees has been made.
These are the fees paid for transfer of ownership to you.
No. Legal fees are exclusive of the purchase price.
This has to do with the progress of the project you have invested in.
We send you site updates every Saturday showing progress of the different projects, yours included.
When there is an update on the ownership document process, you will receive communication on the same.
Transfer of ownership happens when you have paid stage 1, 2, and 3 fees.
Stage 3 fees are outlined in the sales agreement.
This is an agreement you sign letting Lifestyle manage your unit(s) for you. It is signed after payment for the unit and payment of stage 2 legal fees has been made.
This has to do with your unit journey.
Once you receive it, there are several things that you will interact with.
After signing the PMA, you will be prompted to fill in your bank details, which will be used to direct your rental income.
You will get your signed and stamped agreement once you have paid stage 1 fees.
You need to give lifestyle a 60 day notice if you wish to live in your unit to give them the ability to rehouse the existing tenant.
You are notified when your unit has a new resident moving in, or if they have chosen to vacate.
