The Regional Partner
is TSAVO’s strategic leader on the ground championing performance, quality and community across a portfolio of properties. You’ll translate high-level goals into exceptional resident experiences and sustainable operations.

  • Strategic Leadership: Own regional planning, goal-setting and performance metrics to drive occupancy, budget and service-charge targets.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to SOPs, and consistent quality & compliance across all sites.

  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead on-site teams, facilitate daily alignment, and hold vendors to agreed SLAs for service excellence.

  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor P&L, optimize cost centers, and ensure prompt collection & reconciliation of service charges.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary escalation point for residents, investors and internal partners—fostering trust and swift resolutions.

  • Safety & Quality Assurance: Uphold health, safety and security standards while driving continuous improvements in resident satisfaction.

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,  Real Estate or related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a leadership or operational role—real estate, hospitality or community living preferred.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong financial acumen & CRM proficiency

    • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational capabilities

    • Community-focused, proactive and detail-driven

  • Pipeline Management: Engage and manage leads with a focus on building and sustaining the TSAVO community through attentive follow-up and personalized need analysis.
  • Site Visits: Showcase our Affordable Amazing Apartments and the vibrant communities within them, emphasizing the interconnected, supportive lifestyle that defines TSAVO, while clearly communicating features and benefits.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new residents, ensuring not just a seamless move-in process but also fostering their integration into the TSAVO community from day one.

Delight AAA CEO Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
      Experience in real estate or community living spaces would be advantageous.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficient in CRM software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate the community and lifestyle aspects of TSAVO properties.

  • Sourcing and reviewing technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Real Estate or a related technical field.
  2. Experience:
    • Experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related technical role.
    • Experience in coordinating with service providers and technicians.

    • Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
    • Proficiency in technical auditing and quality assurance.
