The Enroller is pivotal in weaving the first threads of community for our potential residents. From their initial inquiry to their seamless integration into our vibrant living spaces, your guidance will turn prospects into satisfied community members, ensuring every new TSAVO resident feels immediately at home.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Engage and manage leads with a focus on building and sustaining the TSAVO community through attentive follow-up and personalized need analysis.
- Site Visits: Showcase our Affordable Amazing Apartments and the vibrant communities within them, emphasizing the interconnected, supportive lifestyle that defines TSAVO, while clearly communicating features and benefits.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new residents, ensuring not just a seamless move-in process but also fostering their integration into the TSAVO community from day one.
Delight AAA CEO Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in real estate or community living spaces would be advantageous.

- Oversee smooth resident transitions from check-ins to vacations, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Manage timely collections for rent, and utilities, and address any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain open communication lines with residents, updating them on community events, announcements, and addressing feedback.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience:
Experience in customer service, property management, or a similar role.

- Ensuring post-vacation units are prepped to perfection for the next residents.
- Ensure the pristine condition of common areas and assets, from corridors to electrical systems.
- Conduct regular audits, foreseeing potential issues and mitigating them proactively.
- Sourcing and reviewing technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Manage procurement processes efficiently, and oversee the usage of materials during repairs.
Delight AAA CEO Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, Real Estate or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related technical role.

- Design visually striking posters aligned with TSAVO’s aesthetic and messages.
- Create, Uphold and embody TSAVO’s brand consistency across all visual content.
- Manage and oversee the production and quality of various printworks.
- Capture and edit photographs that spotlight the essence of life at TSAVO.
- Organize, archive, and ensure easy retrieval of all created content.
Delight AAA CEO Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in creating visual content, preferably within real estate or lifestyle brands.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography, photography, and design.
- Experience in managing content, from creation to archiving, in a structured manner.
