This is from a TSAVORITE regarding their deposit refund after vacation.
She had stayed in her unit for at least 6 months and has given us a 30-day notice prior to her vacation as required. We explained to her that after vacation, their deposit is used to cater for the repairs and sent to her after the repairs have been done. Due to the nature of the process, the refund is sent 30 days after vacation as this is what is used to pay the relevant technicians involved. Only when the repair works have been done and confirmed do we deduct the amount and send the balance.
