Introducing our new section: Resident Feedback. We’re sharing valuable input from residents and our planned actions to address their concerns. Stay tuned for this week’s highlights
Here, we clarified the difference between costs that are the responsibility of the resident and those that we cover.
When it comes to breakages or damages caused by residents, it is standard practice for the associated costs to be borne by the individual responsible. These incidents are considered resident liabilities and may include accidental damage or any situation where the item was not subject to regular wear and tear.
On the other hand, normal wear and tear falls under our responsibility.
