Introducing our new section: Resident Feedback. We’re sharing valuable input from residents and our planned actions to address their concerns. Stay tuned for this week’s highlights

Resident paid their rent via bank and we seem not to receive it. As a result, she received a repossession notice.

We spoke to the resident and went through how to make payment. Once she makes payment through the same method again, she will share the confirmation message to us to avoid any details being omitted during the transaction on the banks side.
